GOALIE PAD SIZING Measure from inside ankle bone up to the center of the knee cap with the leg bent slightly forward. Ideal fit is to have the players knee fit into the middle knee roll. Using a soft measuring tape, take the end of the tape and place it on the "knot" of your ankle bone. Locate the center of the knee cap. Have the person being fitted take their hand to cup their knee. Then, locate the center spot on the kneecap. Take the soft tape and measure from the "knot" on the ankle, at an angle, to the center spot of the kneecap. Measurements for Goalie Pad Protection - To determine appropriate goal pad size: Measure the length in inches from the inside ankle to the knee cap. Convert your measurement into decimal format and enter it in the textbox below: EXAMPLE: If your measurement is 19 1/2, enter 19.5, or 18 1/4 - enter 18.25, etc.
